Job Description

This night shift Vascular Surgery RN role involves implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating patient conditions.

  • Provides primary and emergency care for patients with vascular diseases and other surgical needs, often with multiple co-morbidities.
  • Collaborates with the care team to develop and follow individualized Plans of Care.
  • Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, NYS RN license, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
  • Maintains BLS and ACLS certifications, and demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ensures compliance with privacy and security regulations regarding sensitive patient information.
