Job Description
The clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting procedures.
They assess and evaluate patient conditions through diagnostic tests and clinical judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses, collaborates with the team to develop care plans, and guides ancillary staff.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing degree (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate), current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organization, and quality improvement skills are essential.
The role involves handling sensitive information securely and adhering to regulatory standards.
