Job Description
Seeking a travel RN in Labor and Delivery in Anchorage, Alaska, starting 08/25/2025 for 13 weeks, working 36 hours weekly on 12-hour night shifts.
Provide comprehensive care during labor, delivery, and postpartum, managing routine and high-risk pregnancies.
Assess and monitor maternal and fetal health, perform tests, and educate patients about labor and delivery.
Support labor progression, administer medications, assist with procedures, and participate in deliveries, including cesareans.
Ensure postpartum recovery, support breastfeeding, and educate families.
Accurately document all care and collaborate with healthcare team members.
Follow infection control protocols, recognize complications, and respond to emergencies.
Advocate for patient needs, provide education, and ensure safe, compassionate care.
The role offers a tax-free stipend and is based on 12-hour shifts.
