Job Description

The clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness, recognizing the value of each team member’s contribution.

  • Implements physician orders, administers medications, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care according to regulations.
  • Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
  • Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
  • Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
  • Administers medications as ordered and collaborates with the team to create patient care plans.
  • Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional standards.
    Minimum qualifications include a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
    Strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills are essential.
