Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Medical/Surgical Hospitalist unit works night shifts, earning $36.73 to $60.93 hourly ($76,396.32 – $126,730.61 annually).
Provides compassionate care by actively listening and creating a caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Evaluates patient needs and responses to care, using sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses, administering medications as prescribed.
Collaborates with the team to develop and follow a Plan of Care, guiding ancillary staff and maintaining professional standards.
The role involves handling sensitive information securely, respecting privacy regulations.
