Job Description
The Float Pool clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, and assessing patient needs.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to develop and implement care plans.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
Qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Requires excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of quality principles.
The role involves handling sensitive information in compliance with privacy regulations.
