Job Description
The clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness, contributing to a supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care in compliance with policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop patient care plans and guides ancillary staff.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills are essential.
The role involves handling sensitive information with confidentiality and security.
