Job Description
Seeking a registered nurse in the General Surgery/Trauma department for day shifts with a salary range of $60,028-$99,023.
Provide direct patient care, including triage, assessment, planning, and evaluating care plans.
Accurately record vital signs and patient histories, reporting abnormalities to providers.
Administer medications, treatments, and participate in in-office procedures under supervision.
Review and triage test results, patient requests, and pharmacy renewals, facilitating patient call-backs.
Utilize resources to meet patient outcomes and quality metrics.
Delegate tasks appropriate to licensure of LPNs and MAs.
Adhere to regulatory and compliance policies, including ongoing education and staff orientation.
Educate patients on their health and wellness related to visits.
This role requires handling sensitive information with confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
