Job Description
This role involves assessing, coordinating, and managing patient care throughout their hospital stay, focusing on progress toward discharge and transitions.
Provides primary and emergency care, administers medications, performs treatments, and interprets diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs, applies sound nursing judgment, and evaluates responses to care.
Collaborates with the care team to develop and implement a Plan of Care.
Directs ancillary staff and ensures professional standards are maintained.
Ensures compassionate, competent care for patients in inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
Adheres to policies regarding sensitive information, ensuring confidentiality and proper access in compliance with regulations.
The position is a day shift with a salary range of $68,640 to $70,699.20.
