The Clinical Nurse in Vascular Surgery (Night shift) provides compassionate patient care, demonstrating kindness and active listening.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Administers medications as prescribed.
Collaborates with the nursing team to develop a Plan of Care.
Guides ancillary personnel and maintains professional standards.
The role requires access to sensitive information, with strict adherence to privacy and confidentiality policies.
