Job Description
The clinical Nurse in the Float Pool provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, and documenting care.
Assesses and interprets diagnostic tests to evaluate patient conditions.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop and follow individualized care plans.
Supervises ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
Requires graduation from a recognized nursing program, current RN license, and BLS/ACLS certification.
Minimum 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Must have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Role involves handling sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
