Job Description

The Clinical Nurse in Inpatient Rehab provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests.

  • Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment for management decisions.

  • Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to develop a Plan of Care.

  • Supervises ancillary staff, maintains professional standards, and documents treatments accurately.

  • Requires graduation from an approved nursing program, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
