Job Description
The clinical Nurse in the Orthopedics & Spine Unit works night shifts, providing compassionate patient care, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, and documenting procedures in compliance with regulations.
Assesses and evaluates patient needs and responses to care.
Uses sound nursing judgment for patient management.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop care plans and guides staff to maintain professional standards.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, NYS RN license, BLS certification, and strong communication and organizational skills.
The role involves handling sensitive information in accordance with privacy regulations.
