Job Description
The Critical Care Float Pool RN provides comprehensive patient care, focusing on discharge planning and care transitions.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care.
Evaluates diagnostic tests, assesses patient needs, and applies sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses, collaborates on care plans, and guides ancillary staff.
Minimum qualifications include RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications, 1-3 years of clinical experience, and ICU or Telemetry background.
Requires knowledge of quality improvement and compliance with privacy regulations.
The role offers a salary range of $72,072.00 – $74,229.26, with an emphasis on compassionate, competent patient care during day shifts.
