Job Description

The Clinical Nurse contributes to a compassionate environment through kindness and active listening, recognizing each employee’s value.

  • Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
  • Evaluates diagnostic tests and assesses patient needs and responses.
  • Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering medications as ordered.
  • Collaborates with the team to develop patient Care Plans, directs ancillary staff, and maintains professional standards.
  • Requires a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
  • Must possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Salary ranges from $33.00/hr to $126,730.61 annually.
