Job Description
The Night Shift Emergency Department RN provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, using sound nursing judgment for care management.
Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to develop care plans.
Directs ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
Requires a nursing diploma or degree, valid RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Must have 1-3 years RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, with strong communication, organization, and quality improvement skills.
The role involves handling sensitive information per privacy laws and maintaining confidentiality.
