Job Description
The clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care through kindness and active listening, recognizing the value of each team member’s contribution.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and tests, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
Evaluates diagnostic tests, assesses patient needs and responses, and uses sound nursing judgment in care decisions.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, and administers prescribed medications.
Collaborates with the team to develop and implement patient care plans, guiding ancillary staff and maintaining professional standards.
The role may involve handling sensitive information securely, following privacy regulations and organizational policies.
