This Night shift Medical/Surgical Pulmonary Renal Hospitalist role offers a salary range of $72,072.00 – $74,229.26.
The clinical Nurse provides compassionate, patient-centered care through active listening and kindness, contributing to a supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, procedures, and tests, and documenting care in compliance with policies and regulations.
Evaluates diagnostic tests, assesses patient needs and responses, and applies sound nursing judgment in care management.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses, administers medications, and collaborates with the team to develop and execute patient care plans.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
The role involves handling sensitive information securely, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
