Job Description
Seeking a travel RN Med Surg in Carlsbad, NM for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP, working 36 hours/week on 12-hour day shifts.
Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment, assessing and developing individualized care plans.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, assist with ADLs, and support pre- and post-operative care.
Collaborate with healthcare team members, communicate with patients and families, and educate on treatments and discharge plans.
Accurately document patient assessments and interventions, ensuring compliance with policies.
Follow safety and infection control protocols and respond to emergencies.
Mentor new staff or students as needed.
The pay package includes a tax-free stipend, based on 12-hour shifts.
