Job Description

Provides patient care under supervision of physicians or registered nurses, following established standards.
Performs lab procedures and assists with patient exams, vital signs, specimen collection, medication administration, and immunizations.
Handles patient communication, scheduling tests, documenting information, and assisting with medication refills.
Maintains exam rooms, cleans equipment, orders supplies, and performs clerical duties such as filing and chart management.
Participates in meetings and training as required.
Requirements include a CERT, LVN license in the state of employment or compact, and BLS certification.
Position is Per Diem as Needed.
