Job Description
Seeking a full-time Nurse Supervisor for day and night shifts to lead and coordinate patient care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Provide leadership by developing and implementing personalized care programs and ensuring seamless procedures.
Supervise nursing staff, monitor performance, and handle staff evaluations and discipline.
Act as a liaison between administration, management, and staff, while building meaningful relationships with patients.
Qualifications include RN licensure, BLS certification (ACLS within one year), and recent inpatient hospital experience. Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree and previous leadership experience.
