Job Description
The Urogynecology RN position is part of the OB/GYN department, supporting women with pelvic floor disorders in a high-risk maternal fetal division.
Provides proficient patient care, including diagnostics, procedures, triage, and education, with strong interpersonal skills.
Performs tasks such as urodynamic testing, catheterization, and coordination of tests and procedures.
Collaborates with physicians and staff, ensuring compliance, documentation, and quality standards.
Supports community outreach and participates in studies.
Requires an RN license, CPR certification, and preferably experience in urology or ambulatory care.
Skills include excellent communication, computer proficiency, medication administration, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, with no weekends or holidays.
