Job Description

This RN role in the General Gynecology Practice involves providing direct patient care, triage, assessments, and care planning under physician and APP supervision.

  • Responsibilities include recording vital signs, documenting patient history, administering medications, assisting with procedures, reviewing test results, and facilitating patient communication.
  • Expected to delegate tasks to LPNs or MAs and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Qualifications include an associate’s degree in nursing, current RN licensure, CPR certification, and preferred specialty certification.
  • Must have excellent communication, customer service skills, and experience with electronic health records and medication administration.
  • Additional responsibilities include staff education, maintaining current knowledge, and patient education on health topics.
