Seeking a registered nurse (RN) for a Med Surg position in Nampa, Idaho. This ongoing full-time night shift role involves 36 hours weekly with 12-hour shifts, offering shift differential pay, PTO accrual, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and certification pay. The 24-bed unit provides a fast-paced environment ideal for developing clinical skills, with RN-to-patient ratios of 1:5 (reduced to 1:4 as needed). Qualifications include a nursing degree, 1+ year RN experience, current licensure, and BLS certification.
