Job Description

Seeking a compassionate RN specialized in Oncology for a temporary 13-week contract in Normal, Illinois.

  • Provide expert nursing care to oncology patients, including administering treatments, managing symptoms, and supporting emotional well-being.

  • Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

  • Monitor patient responses to therapies, document care activities accurately, and educate patients and families about treatment plans.

  • Maintain compliance with safety protocols and healthcare regulations in a fast-paced clinical setting.

  • Ideal candidates will have valid Illinois RN licensure, oncology nursing experience, and strong communication skills. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to patient care in a dynamic environment for a defined contract period.
