Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Infectious Disease Med/Surg Unit provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating patient conditions.
Assesses needs, applies sound judgment, and collaborates with the team to develop individualized care plans.
Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administers medications, and interprets diagnostic tests.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
Requires a nursing diploma, current RN license, BLS/ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of relevant clinical experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills are essential.
