Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for weekend shifts in Troy, NY, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include scheduling and supervising nursing staff, providing compassionate resident and family support, ensuring safety and cleanliness, managing confidential information, documenting care services, and fostering teamwork among healthcare staff.

Requirements: valid RN license, minimum 3 years of long-term care experience, strong leadership and communication skills, familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs, and basic computer skills.
