Job Description

We are hiring a part-time RN Wound Care Nurse for 24 hours weekly to assess, treat, and monitor wound conditions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance residents’ healing and quality of life.

  • Provide wound care oversight, assessments, and individualized care plans.
  • Perform interventions like dressing changes and debridement.
  • Educate residents, families, and staff on wound prevention and care protocols.
  • Review and update wound care policies, monitor healing progress, and document outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
