Part-Time RN Wound Care Nurse, 24 hours weekly, responsible for assessing, treating, and monitoring wounds in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Provide wound care interventions, develop care plans, and educate residents, families, and staff on prevention and treatment strategies.
Review and update policies, monitor healing progress, and ensure accurate documentation for compliance.
Qualifications include a valid RN license, 2+ years in wound management, preferably in long-term care, and CWCN certification preferred.
