Job Description

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator NICU role offers an exciting leadership opportunity for experienced nurses to oversee clinical and operational workflows during shifts.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Assess and improve nursing care quality and safety using evidence-based practices.
  • Supervise staff, provide education, coaching, and support performance reviews.
  • Handle responsibilities in quality, safety, patient experience, staff development, and fiscal management.
  • Require 1+ year healthcare experience, RN license, and BLS certification; ACLS preferred. Education includes an Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
