Seeking an RN for the Critical Care Float Pool to provide high-quality care in ICU/MICU/Progressive Care units.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and educate families on treatments and medications.
Maintain patient records and administer medications per physician orders.
Must hold current Florida RN license or appropriate compact license, with preferred BSN and acute care experience.
Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS, with additional certifications like CCRN or PCCN preferred.
Strong critical thinking, communication skills, and PC proficiency are essential.
