Job Description

Join the Critical Care Float Pool to gain diverse critical care experience in Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care, Cardiovascular ICU, and MSICU.

  • Work shifts are during the day with a salary range of $76,396.32 – $126,730.61 and hourly pay of $36.73 – $60.93.
  • RNs can develop competencies in Emergency Department and neuro-progressive care areas.
  • Provide compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
  • Assess patient needs, collaborate on care plans, and guide ancillary staff.
  • Qualifications include RN licensure, BLS/ACLS certification, 1-3 years of clinical RN experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Must adhere to confidentiality and privacy standards for sensitive information.
