Job Description
Seeking a full-time (36 hours/week/nights) RN for the Neonatal ICU, including new grads.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Administers medications as ordered and collaborates with the team to create patient care plans.
Directs ancillary staff and maintains professional standards.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS and NRP certification, and strong communication and organizational skills.
This role may involve handling sensitive information, with a focus on privacy and confidentiality.
