Job Description
This position requires a competent Nurse with experience in similar clinical settings to practice independently, providing both routine and complex care while managing long-term goals.
Responsibilities include delivering nursing care according to standards, assessing and addressing psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families, administering medications and treatments, documenting care, and educating patients and families.
The Nurse demonstrates leadership skills aligned with competency expectations, delegates appropriately, and adapts to clinical contingencies.
Qualifications include a preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing, at least 1 year of related experience, BLS certification, and an RN license valid in the state or via compact.
The work schedule is from 7PM to 7AM, full-time.
