Seeking a Nurse Practitioner for PRN home risk assessments, open to new grads in Texas.
Conduct adult/geriatric assessments including medical history, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, social workers, and caregivers.
Provide services in home, skilled facilities, and community settings.
Complete assessments up to 1 hour, helping identify health issues and close care gaps.
Earn $2,000-$10,000/month based on assessment volume, with flexible days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
Qualifications include a Master’s or equivalent experience, current RN/NP licensure, board certification, BLS/ACLS, and travel ability.
Benefits include mileage reimbursement and 401(k); benefits for non-benefited PRN providers are limited.
Travel required to patient locations; valid driver’s license and insurance needed.
