Job Description
Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (PRN) for in-home health risk assessments in Texas, including new grads.
Responsibilities include conducting adult/geriatric assessments, reviewing health history, medication adherence, social factors, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
Assessments may take up to an hour and aim to improve care quality and close care gaps.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree or equivalent experience, current RN and NP licensure with prescriptive authority, board certification, CPR/BLS, and at least 1 year of NP experience (new grads encouraged).
Flexible hours in home, SNF, or community settings, with travel required. Compensation ranges from $2,000 to $10,000/month based on completed assessments. Benefits include mileage reimbursement and limited voluntary benefits.
