Seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner in Texas for home risk assessments, with new grad NP applicants welcome.
Conduct comprehensive adult and geriatric assessments, including medical history, diagnosis, treatment, and social factors.
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, social workers, and caregivers to coordinate care and provide patient education.
Perform assessments in various settings such as home visits and skilled facilities.
Earn $2,000–$10,000/month based on completed assessments, with flexible scheduling including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree or equivalent, current RN and NP licensure, board certification, CPR/BLS, and at least 1 year of NP experience.
Must have own transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel to patient locations.
Benefits include mileage reimbursement and limited voluntary benefits; PRN providers are non-benefited except for 401(k).
