Job Description

We are hiring an RN Unit Manager for a Short Term Rehab Unit in a certified Great Place to Work environment.

  • Lead and manage nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
  • Develop care plans and supervise daily operations, staffing, and resources.
  • Conduct assessments to maintain standards and compliance.
  • Mentor and train nursing staff, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
