We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room (OR) to assist surgical teams in providing safe patient care during procedures.
Prepare operating rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up equipment, and ensuring supplies are available.
Assist surgeons by maintaining sterile fields and handing instruments efficiently.
Monitor vital signs and respond to any changes or complications during surgery.
Coordinate with surgical teams to develop individualized care plans before, during, and after procedures.
Educate patients on surgical processes, recovery, and postoperative care.
Document surgical procedures and patient responses accurately.
