Seeking a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Egg Harbor Township, NJ for ongoing, full-time, part-time, or per diem roles with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
Perform home visits to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing issues in adult and geriatric patients.
Develop, implement, and revise personalized therapy plans based on evaluations and physician directives.
Educate patients and families to promote health, safety, and independence.
Accurately document care using electronic medical records.
