Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Medical-Surgical unit provides compassionate patient care, demonstrating kindness and active listening.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses, applying sound nursing judgment for care management.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop care plans and guides ancillary staff.
May work night shifts with a salary range of $72,072.00 – $74,229.26, hourly $34.65 – $35.69.
The role requires handling sensitive information per privacy laws and maintaining confidentiality.
