This Night shift Medical/Surgical Cardiac Hospitalist role involves assessing, planning, and managing patient care throughout their hospital stay, focusing on discharge readiness and care transitions.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting care according to policies and regulations.
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Evaluate patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Collaborate with the nursing team to develop patient Care Plans and supervise ancillary staff.
This role requires handling sensitive information securely, adhering to confidentiality and privacy regulations.
