Job Description
The clinical Nurse contributes to a compassionate environment through kindness and active listening, recognizing each employee’s valuable role.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and tests, and documents accordingly.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Administers over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered.
Collaborates with the team to create a Plan of Care.
Guides ancillary personnel and maintains professional nursing standards.
This role may require access to sensitive information, with responsibilities to protect patient privacy and adhere to regulations.
