    • Responsibilities

    MedSurg RNs provide bedside care for diverse patients, perform individualized assessments, and develop care plans. They prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments. Specific duties include:

    • Preparing, administering, and recording prescribed medications
    • Initiating alternative actions when adverse symptoms occur
    • Changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs as needed

  • Shift: 3×12 days, with a focus on delivering quality patient care during each shift.
