Job Description

The Level II Competent Registered Nurse provides comprehensive, patient-centered care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

  • Collaborates with the healthcare team to improve care quality and incorporate evidence-based practices.
  • Coordinates nursing care, supervises staff, and ensures effective communication among team members.
  • Participates in quality improvement, staff orientation, and policy development.
  • Supports patient education, discharge planning, and multidisciplinary services as needed.
  • Maintains professional standards, adheres to safety protocols, and contributes to a positive care environment.
  • Qualifications include RN licensure, recent acute care experience, BLS certification, and additional unit-specific certifications. BSN preferred.
