  • The Level II Competent Registered Nurse provides comprehensive, patient-centered care, collaborating with the healthcare team to improve quality using evidence-based practices.
  • Responsibilities include coordinating nursing care, supervising staff, communicating with patients and teams, participating in quality improvement, and supporting policy development.
  • Qualifications include an accredited nursing program, at least 1 year of RN experience (preferably in L&D), a valid RN license, BSN preferred, and CPR/BLS certification at hire, with ACLS, NRP, and other certifications within specified timeframes.
  • Additional requirements apply for temporary RN programs, including certification timing.
