Job Description
Aim to make a positive impact daily as a Level II Competent Registered Nurse, providing comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to improve care quality by applying research and evidence-based practices.
Manage nursing care for assigned patients through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Coordinate patient, family, and team involvement, including education and discharge planning.
Communicate effectively across team members and participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives.
Support staff orientation, uphold standards, and participate in policy development.
Qualifications include an RN license (Virginia or reciprocal), experience, BSN preferred, and certifications such as BLS and ACLS.
Additional certifications may be required for temporary roles.
