Coordinate and oversee nursing care, collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal outcomes.
Engage patients and families in care planning and discharge education.
Communicate effectively with team members and participate in quality and performance improvement activities.
Assist in staff orientation, support standards of excellence, and contribute to policy development.
Qualifications include a valid RN license, with BSN preferred, and BLS certification; NRP required within 6 months. Additional certifications may be required for external temporary hires.
