Seeking a dedicated RN in Telemetry for a 13-week temporary contract in Petersburg, Virginia.
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring and telemetry services.
Monitor patient vital signs, assess cardiac rhythms, and respond promptly to changes in condition.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
Maintain a safe and comfortable environment while delivering high-quality patient care.
Possess current RN licensure, telemetry experience, and strong clinical skills.
