Job Description
The Nurse Supervisor manages clinical operations in the HIV/AIDS program during daytime shifts.
Responsibilities include overseeing patient flow, supervising staff, ensuring clinical quality, and maintaining clinic workflow.
Develops staff, fosters collaboration, and ensures compliance with regulations such as Joint Commission standards.
Manages supplies, medication ordering, and maintains confidentiality of patient and staff information.
Attends management meetings to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Minimum qualifications: Associate’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), NYS RN license, BLS certification, and at least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
